Program

Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies empowers students to understand the role of gender and sexuality in individuals’ lives and in society as a whole. The program offers an AB degree in Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies and a minor, as well. Our courses, programming, and activities empower students to:

• explore issues of gender and sexuality from a variety of perspectives: cultural, global, technological, psychological, scientific, political, economic, and artistic
• work effectively and think critically from an intersectional, interdisciplinary perspective
• link new knowledge to the work of fostering equality and social justice
• thrive as change-makers and leaders in the workplace and in the world
